Office Pulse is the HR app for your team: check-in with GPS, leave and work-from-home requests, expense claims and payroll with payslips — with managers approving from their phones.
GPS check-in
Staff check in and out from their phone. If offices are set, they must be within the office radius; remote check-ins can be allowed with a reason.
Leave
Balances per leave type, half days, approvals by the manager, and holidays and weekly offs left out of the count automatically.
Work from home and on duty
Request work from home or on duty for chosen dates; a manager or HR approves — it doesn't use leave.
Expenses
Staff claim expenses and managers approve them from the same app.
Payroll and payslips
Run payroll and give every employee their payslips in the app. HR Admins handle payroll; HR handles everything else.
Shifts and biometric devices
Shifts and holiday calendars for your team, and attendance from biometric devices.

Questions
Can staff check in only at the office?
Yes. Set your offices and staff must be within the office radius to check in. If you allow it, they can check in elsewhere with a reason and it is marked remote.
Who approves leave?
Anyone with people reporting to them is a manager: they see their team today and approve their team's requests. HR can see everything.
Does it work with biometric attendance machines?
Yes, Office Pulse can take attendance from biometric devices.
