Do these first, in order
Put your business details on bills
Your name, address, GSTIN and logo print on every invoice — and decide whether GST is charged inside your state or across states.
Choose how prices work
Do your prices already include GST? Which store sells by default? A note for the bottom of every bill.
Add what you sell
Items and services with price, GST rate and HSN code. Scan barcodes to add them faster.
Put in your opening stock
How many of each item you have now — so stock goes down as you sell and you're told before it runs out.
Make your first bill
Open POS, tap items, take cash, UPI or card. The bill PDF is ready to share on WhatsApp.
Then
Invite your cashier and manager
Each person signs in with their own login; their role decides what they see. A cashier bills; a manager also buys stock and sees reports.
Add your regular customers
Bill them by name, keep their GSTIN on B2B invoices, and see who owes you.
Only when you need it
Choose what each role can do
Switch areas on or off for Manager and Cashier — e.g. let a trusted cashier see reports. The server checks it on every action.
Record what you buy from suppliers
Supplier bills bring stock in and track what you owe — and the GST you can claim back.
Add another store or godown
Keep stock per place and move it between them.
Check your reports
Sales by day, best sellers, GST to pay, profit and stock value — for any period.
Good to know
How a bill works
- POS is for the counter: tap items, take payment, done. Sales is for invoices you send and quotes.
- GST is split for you: CGST + SGST inside your state, IGST to another state (from the customer's GSTIN or state).
- Anything not paid stays on the customer — Who owes you shows it, and you can collect later.
- Returns are credit notes: the money goes back and the stock comes back.
