Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use QTT OS — the mobile app, the web app at app.queentouchtech.in, and the managed services Queen Touch Technology ("QTT", "we") provides. By creating an account or using QTT OS you agree to them. If you use QTT OS for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

1. Accounts

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• The business owner (or an admin they choose) invites people and decides each person's apps and role, and is responsible for their use of QTT OS on the business's behalf.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

2. Plans, services and payment

• Each app has its own plans; managed services (websites, online stores, automation) are ordered separately. Prices, what is included and the billing term (monthly, yearly or 3 years) are shown in the app before you pay.
• Payment is in advance. An unpaid subscription or service may be paused after the grace period shown in the app, and starts again once paid.
• You can stop a plan or service in the app; it keeps working until the end of the period already paid, with no further invoices. Amounts already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree in writing.
• Prices include or exclude GST as shown on the invoice.

3. Your content

• Your business's records, photos, messages and posts stay yours. You give QTT permission to store, process and show them only to provide QTT OS and the services you ordered.
• You are responsible for having the right to the content you add and to contact the customers you message, and for keeping to the rules of the platforms you connect (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google and others).

4. AI features

The assistant, the receptionist and the Marketing assistant use AI to draft answers, replies and posts. AI can be wrong. Check important answers. Posts on your pages are published only after the business owner approves them, and the business is responsible for what it approves and publishes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use QTT OS to break the law, send spam or messages people did not agree to receive, mislead or harass anyone, upload harmful code, try to reach another business's data, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does, after a warning where reasonable.

6. Websites, domains and hosting we manage

For websites and stores we build, we look after hosting, security updates and backups. Domains bought through us are registered for the business and renewed while the service is paid. If a service stops, we help move the website or domain to the business on request.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep QTT OS available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features; if a change takes away something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

QTT OS is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, QTT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected app or service in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending

You can stop using QTT OS at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breach of these terms. After an account or business ends, its data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if not resolved, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
